Common Misperceptions of QMS.
For an organisation new to QMS, it is common to have misperceptions such as it being only applicable to large enterprises, which it only cater to certain targeted products, or guarantee on the quality of its products, high operating cost, and even lack of flexibility.
In fact, it is incorrect to perceive Product Standards, Quality Management System Standards, and Quality Improvement Approaches as individually exclusive. Instead, they must all function in tandem together to enhance customer satisfaction and competitiveness.
